Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 10 to 20 business days from the day you place your order. This includes the time our supplier needs to prepare and ship it. Shipping is free to every destination.
Every order includes a tracking number, sent to you by email once your order ships.
Where orders ship from
Orders ship directly from our suppliers’ warehouses, mostly in China. Customer service and returns are handled by our team in Marrakech, Morocco.
Customs, duties and taxes
Many countries charge customs duties, tariffs or taxes on imported goods. These charges are not included in our prices and we are not responsible for them if they are assessed by your local authorities. Please check these costs before you buy and factor them into the total cost of your item.
